IDK man, perhaps the 4th pane/final analysis is an intellectual bridge too far? I'm old and shit but, if you slowed down and framed/categorized the left-field argument better, would've been easier to digest/haha at.

(sry, nice work as always, but the portrait-style format/vertical cartoon limits your visual scope, which also threw me for a loop)

I'm in a GTA:O car crew btw..... I know women can obfuscate when it comes to racing/competition, but, there are some absolutes one can bank on before a race, just saying.

I'm just explaining the stuff I've seen with my own way of how I understand it, and I know that drag racing and competitive pokemon are two COMPLETELY different ends of the spectrum, but I felt that the severity of that disconnect added to the humor.

This is gonna seem weird but this comment has kinda fundamentally changed the way i animate recently, while the 1-4 frame quick movements i used to do were technically solid from an animation perspective it is simply not noticable when viewing it from the outside, i'm adding more nuanced facial animation for dialogue and just generally making it more lively. I'm aware this reply wasn't some grand statement on the validity of my animation but it really made me think. Thank u for this comment.

Sure glad I caught this. It's a shame I didn't catch your earlier works, or maybe I did - life's unfair at times. Will say this though, it's work like yours that's kept me on Newgrounds for over 20 years, and I'm damn glad of it.

I can't imagine how hard you've had to work to produce these episodes, all I know is, the effort shines through on all fronts. As someone who was alive in the 1980's, I can sure see how this alt-timeline could have come about.

Although speedpaint videos have recently been.. sorta forbidden from the Movie Portal, this one was exceptionally well produced. Such video can be embedded into a users NG blog page, and contain all the links and context you'd like.

Animatics or animated slideshows of still art are accepted into the Movie Portal, and that's how I'm regarding this first submission.

Now that the bad noise is out of the way, wow, what wonderful technique and vision! Wishing you the best of luck with your not-so-humble comic book, it has all the hallmarks of greatness... as far as I can tell from the first few bits/pages
