[The Wish Fish Family - Episode 18 - Fish in a Barrel]

Played out very well! I think any good comedy is gonna ruffle someone's feathers, but this has a nice middle ground; I was definitely prepared to cringe. Only gripe might be the Trump and Newscaster's voices, though they were voiced perfectly, perhaps there wasn't enough enunciation to cut through the bassy voice acting; was kinda hard to make out in spots.

This makes a wonderful edition to the Wish Fish saga, a little topical humor now and then, is just what the lobotomy doctor ordered.

I noticed Trump's voice being hard to understand sometimes. But it's hard to notice for me since I wrote it and automatically know what they're saying. I will try to mellow out the voices the next time around. It is actually funny watching me do voices because I run out of breath constantly. It's really annoying. So voice recording takes several hours for me.

[Sublo & Tangy Mustard #9 - Bad Guys]

Unlike TheMAM's review, I liked the biplay, it's a good time to lay down a little exposition or cameo of new characters out in the 'real world', away from SubLo. Any good piece requires an inciting incident to set things in motion. Plus being drunk on the job is plainly not a laughing matter lol

So far the entire series has my 100% seal of Creative Approval, gg dude, and don't think I didn't notice the sweet new animation techniques either ;) Don't know how you manage to write and animate so well equally, it's always a rare trait that should be showered w/ $ and authority.

You know, you're really good at this shit. With consistency like this, maybe you should be a race car driver, diamond splitter, lion tamer... nah, you're an animator and story teller, a rarely successful combo, but you have pulled it off. Really sorry you got burned on this project, but like a phoenix you'll come back just as strong (and hopefully better paid) next time. Don't burn in silence baby, you're just getting started.

IDK, maybe covering the original Muppet Show and not the subsequent (and lame) cartoon, would've had more legs/opportunities for sketch humor. There's humor in old age, and though the motions were made, the outcome was slightly less than satisfactory.

Production of the cartoon and audio was consistent w/ thisisaok's usual high quality, but the script seemed tame... What about nursing home: sex (STD's, enhancing drugs), violence and neglect (patients, staff)? What about escaped patients, physical therapy (in or out of the LTC facility), day trips? Seems like a lot of day-to-day/slice of life stuff could have been capitalized on.

So. Great premise which could've been fleshed out brilliantly, and with an excellent 21st century flair, was dropped like uterus on a bladder, causing the viewer to hit the head, not stay the course

[Pugataur Story Time - Scraggle Princess]

You can tell a lot of time and TLC was involved with this animation, however I can't get my ears around the voice of Pugataur. The VA work in and of itself is well intonated and consistent, but it lacks bass, overly high pitched, and machine processed (bumpy sounding). Otherwise, a good production and a welcome new addition to our little corner of the internet, hope your time here is enjoyable and productive!

Thanks for the feedback. We have gotten a better mic since. When we initially made this video we didn't have any experience with audio. Still trying to figure it out but hopefully we'll improve. =)

[GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PARTNER]

Was kinda hoping to see a wrong answer or two, since no (young) relationship is 100% perfect or that well examined early on. The couched metaphors were OK, but nothing over the (ha-ha) top, purely a T for teen rating. Seems a very safe tutorial for Relationships 101, maybe too safe, after all, love's a battlefield.

(Mouth and eye) animation was tight, VA work impeccable, but the lack of backgrounds, action and detail really hurt this piece, though the few asides were done well. So 1 star off for animation and 1 1/2 off for the script, which could've been a bit less predictable, and more thought provoking.

This went over big at the Picoday 2017 stream yesterday, dunno who played it, but I'm sure glad they did. Can't wait to go back to the beginning and appreciate all the hard work done on this series up to this point.
