Had you kept dreaming, it would've become a nightmare, surely. Those fireballs could certainly make one large wave. How would you react, when something mortally unavoidable is about to happen?

The textures are nice, looks like a patina of some kind, since it's both in the ocean and the sky. Certainly lends itself to a vision of some sort, hair and body came out great. Thanks for posting!

zigan responds:

Thanks for the kind words! :) I wanted to do something more crazy with the hair, but its getting out of hand as is. @_@

That's heavy man. Hope I'm not around to see anything like that go down, though it is a beautiful image.

zephyo responds:

thank you :))

I know that feel. My life hasn't improved much since I joined NG almost 15 years ago, save for the glorious visions I've seen here, the amazing people, such as yourself.

Well, I didn't get the commission I wanted, but this sure comes as a very close second. It all gels nicely.

The character is unique, personable and good looking, though the tool he's leaning on looks like it's one of those really bad, throwaway tools they include with flat-pack/put-it-together-yourself-pleb products - both ends look structurally unsound. I've got wrenches damn near that size for big machinery... soo that's why I'm being pedantic and anal about it ;)

Big canvas to look at, but even on close inspection, it all looks wonderful! All the lines are carefully drawn, colors delicate and decently shaded, the characters look natural and well proportioned.

The lilies are beautiful! It's hard to judge, because I'm outside in the weeds all the time, which is pretty detailed, so aside from some elements in the background, it's a good representation! Maybe if the leaf had finer veins near the tip.

The top of her head is a bit too big and bulbous, especially for a girl her age... or maybe her face is too long? I never played the game but watched a let's play, didn't care for the ending of course. The scene in the diner was really messed up!

It's seriously abstract, but from the thumbnail, it looked like a thick haired woman-thing. Wait, is that an eye and a beak I see? Hard to comment on work like this, but there's detail in it and a form... this piece is doing some singing!

LittleLuckyLink responds:

Ha! Thank you sir, I appreciate your observations. Yeah it was funny, I stood up to take a look at my progress on a painting, and couldn't for the life of me figure out what in the hell this was, sitting on my desk. "Where the fuck did that porn magazine come from? Wait, that's not a porn magazine.."

Commissioned by who, the Illuminati? Looks like a doodle, but is definitely purposeful, advanced :)

VidGameDude responds:

This is what they actually commissioned; they wanted simplistic design but with medium pen grit and sketchy attire.

Than again...i'm glad that's what they wanted cause my style isn't that advanced for heavy detail yet.

Wanted to be a simple man of the Earth, enjoying art and literature, the bounty of the Earth. Instead, I have to fend against governments and principalities, global conspiracies and bad social engineering, ree, my autism
