Yeah... another glorification of a former Newgrounder :P But it came out ok. Take some time and get some mouth movements down, work on character construction, do some backgrounds. The clean lines and fluid animation bodes well for the future.

JurriaansArt responds:

Thanks, if this gets blammed (which it most likely will) I'll probably improve this by adding some mouth movement and backgrounds, thanks for the feedback.

Extra credit for having such sweet NG animators guest starring all over the place!
This looks like an utter shoe-in for the Front Page. Pity the music didn't come from the Audio Portal.
Nice animation! Everything was colorful and jumping around, sweet job! How long did this take, and how many frames total?

FroggywithFries responds:

Not sure about frames, but it took 1 day.

As someone who follows politics and mass media, this animation speaks volumes!
What's ironic: Historians claim Jesus asked Judas to betray him, so he could end his running from the Romans, and die for the sins of mankind.

Short, but awesomely cute on all fronts. I especially like the quality of the voice actress, and the corresponding facial animations. More like this please!

Stellar work, I knew you wouldn't disappoint! Though I was hoping for a few quick frames during Sub-Zero's... whatever was happening. Also really nice to hear all those classic sound effects and voice clips done to good effect.

It's rough, but very good! Action sequences, the changing of scenes, synching of the sound effects, all look like a concerted effort, to put you right into the thick of things.

Aside from some iffy visual short cuts (resizing), the work is solid, and would love to see more of this!

sirlordwhitman responds:

Thank you! Very helpful critique!

4 frames? C'mon man....

The title of this submission, compelled me to review this. A decent amount of effort was spared into making this, but it falls slightly flat. It's a good dialog/script, volume's okay, the jokes were cut in at breakneck speeds. In small doses, fast is good.

If the graphics and animation were done up better, it would easily compete with SpeedoSausges work. You did a good read, but the audio quality sounded unrefined, and the differences between the two voices weren't pronounced enough (pretty close though, try recording two voices separately, then cutting them into place).

Your 2 previous animations were more polished, but this one shows more skill in timing and scripting. Either way, you're showing heart in your work, good show!

DoopSwindler responds:

Thanks for the constructive criticism, just what I was looking for :)

I was surprised he made it to the far lane, before he got squished.
Too incoherent, plus, why was the normal sheep guy letting this freak get so close?
Are Game Grumps fans so rabid, they'd risk molestation? (That's the biggest stretch logic I've made for one of your videos)

JazLyte responds:

Every guess you have so far is WRONG.

That was a pleasure to watch. Welcome to Newgrounds guys. Next time, find some music from our Audio Portal; we kinda frown on commercial music in general, but especially for monthly and yearly awards. So who did what in this animation? Take long? Software used?
