[Steep]

The first 23 seconds are kinda anticlimactic sounding, but seems to take off well after that. The longish break around 2 minutes could be tightened up. The first half of the song is compositionaly all over the place, while the last half seems to flow better.

There's a lot of talented work in this piece!

Lately, I've been trying to work on improving the mastering and synth production, and now that I'm doing better with that, I think it's time to work on improving overall composition and melody more. It's such a slow process xD

It got a little weird sounding from :40~:50 compositionaly, but all in all, a very down in the doldrums song. Colorful, nice tones :)

The recording levels and voices are perfectly done. I'm sure if you were given a script, you would sound as good or better than the demo you have here (given proper direction/character bio)!

German accent? You might like to add that info to any VA solicitations you make... it's definitely unique, and possibly sought after!

Ballsy, playing lead and rhythm, but you pull it off pretty well :) In some earlier riffs, it sounded like you were trying to pull of a code on a console game lol! It's a nice, stone groove man.

When did you record this? I'd guess my best time, was just after a few sips of morning tea, and a good poop (with a page or two of magazine read during the process)... kin go through the motions, and not have to overthink what I want or get angsty about it |:

[Parallax Horizon]

Reminiscent of Jan Hammer, Genesis, Talking Heads, Devo, Kraftwerk, Yazoo... I better stop while I'm ahead :) Not as catchy as it could be, but the structure and the synths used, were a spot-on example, of prime 1980's TV series filler/mood music (such as Miami Vice or Crime Story). Very nice man, I'd love to hear this song in animation here!

Awesome, that is exactly the vibe i was after :D

I wasn't old enough to sit through an episode of miami vice and to this day i find most of the pop from back then depressing, so arguably my positive impressions come from the sampled synths my amiga indoctrinated me with :3

Composition wise i'm having a hard time making things as catchy compared to genuine 80s stuff, i find that's all way more lively then what my own techno background has me well versed in unfortunately :(

Nice! It loops flawlessly, and has a nice slightly creepy undertone, perfect for someone's game menu or movie! The barely noticeable thumping, is an interesting garnish to the score.
