Guess you warned me, but if you submitted this, and I saw it, I'd be compelled to review it.
There was a slight amount of animation, but it was mostly over shadowed by visual effects...
So, it's kinda a space-siren? Or a Medusa?

That was awesome, really! Plenty of detail. The tanks movements, aiming and fire, made it seem exactly like a game. Every incoming shot was a near miss, heightening the action. Well done sir!
But I Missed Most Important Thing. POWs. It is My Biggist Mistake.
Aside from the overly loud bird noises (especially early on, when it totally stomps the dialogue), this is a fine animation (if a bit short in duration). I guess there could be more animated facial expressions and body language, but you've already taken care to illustrate that to begin with... I guess if it were any more expressive, it'd look over the top. I wish more animators here would take the time to render characters and scenery (and plot AND voice talent) so well!
I've really enjoyed following this series!! Uh, only problem.. what IS this series called? Could you spell out what 'SFCT' means in the 'author description' plz?
thanx buddy. yeah I want to get better with body language. I know my characters are a bit stiff, but that is defiantly something I want to improve upon as time goes by. Oh and good point I didn't think about that, the story is called Search for the Crystal tear and I will make sure to add that in description. Thanx for your support buddy.
Bravo! Excellent writing and animation!! The beginning looked a bit dubious, since the parents weren't visible, but oh my, what an awesome piece of work!
Was kinda sad Tom wasn't down to represent Newgrounds... in some brightly lit alley of the interwebs.
I would have liked to include a lot more sites alas time constraints! Tank man does make an appearance though in the reddit scene.
Wow, what a great production, all around! Your description of the video was so dead-on, I can't bring myself to say any more! (Yeah, so, I grew up in the 80's, and this animation makes perfect sense to me.)
Plus, as someone who used to be able to leg press over 500 lbs., I can also appreciate what strong thighs can do :) Very nicely done!
yeah i don't know why it turned out like that but halfway through i couldnt' get the dragonball music out of my head. It screamed 1987-88
maybe i'll make more retro anime things in the future
The action, scenes and body changes.. wow, a lot of work was put into this, and concluded very well! Aside from the choppy and sparse graphics, everything was smooth and the script, awesome!
If you don't get an 'A' for this, we'll take Captain's tank out to see the teach about it :) A very Newgrounds worthy piece indeed!
Thanks for the complement! And no need to worry 'bout my professor, I received a good word on the video so I'll get a great grade for sure! :)
Figures I just finished a slice of pizza before watching this! It was a tad short, and you can see a white space below the delivery guy's feet while he was moving, but the rest was sweet!
I was considering cleaning those rectangles with some photo-editing, but then I decided to keep them like that since they weren't too disturbing, also for the sake of "evidencing" the technique.
Thanks for the review!
Very solid work! Great combination of elements, maybe next time, the puppetry and animations can interact as well! You're like a 21st century Mister Rodgers! At certain times, the action seemed a bit banal, but the message translates well into any age group that still has an open mind.
21st century Mister Rogers ha ha... good one. Thanks for the great review! Hope I will be making more of this style :)
