Very impressive 'meat cleaver (mid 20th C movie term)' missives. Varying up the settings/references so quickly is an excellent use of animation to tell a ...story? Na more of a complex overview.

Piece does stand out.

i am not unimpressed with this
clearly some higher level thinking going on
dunno dorofloroherdoexplorer but, nice on eh

Have to admit, some damn interesting narrative/staging. Also, shit-ton o' frames.

Nice surprise, glad to be new follower

Good FPS, sentiment/narrative there... but under 14 seconds? Best scor I could gibb

Picking up steam Eggy, doing well ;)

Glad this got Frontpaged, people gottta know: weed coffee vittles

Animation is the ditch-digging of ass media, gibbe proper props to those with damn fine narrative and skill.

Thanks for posting here Jaz, I sure appreciate it

edit: fav'ed

Holy shit my guy that is high praise haha! I am thoroughly happy you enjoyed it enough to say such a thing, bless <3

Nice new thumbnail ;) And as this is the longest (and hard fought) of your submissions here on NG, deservedly upgraded.

It's not Das Boot, but is a class act in narrative, consistent lens angles and general cinematography - VA actors and their models perform admirably! Looking forward to more soon, hope all is well at home.

I like the feel of the entire series so far. It plays out as a late 20th century war series should (have), and that's special.

IDK man, perhaps the 4th pane/final analysis is an intellectual bridge too far? I'm old and shit but, if you slowed down and framed/categorized the left-field argument better, would've been easier to digest/haha at.

(sry, nice work as always, but the portrait-style format/vertical cartoon limits your visual scope, which also threw me for a loop)

I'm in a GTA:O car crew btw..... I know women can obfuscate when it comes to racing/competition, but, there are some absolutes one can bank on before a race, just saying.

zachdewd responds:

I'm just explaining the stuff I've seen with my own way of how I understand it, and I know that drag racing and competitive pokemon are two COMPLETELY different ends of the spectrum, but I felt that the severity of that disconnect added to the humor.

Lotta frames done for the clickbait-fanservice that some chicks dispense, nicely generalized but accurate narrative. Damn nice animation for a minute+ piece.

Sub 4.5 rating gladly warranted. Gonna recommend your work (youtube search - mattyburrito) to every min-wager who's just looking to hustle, best wishes on a bright future!

based
yup

Alright. I get it. Cut-rate Peanuts animation, about zoomer childhood in a modern context, and without padding for time like those old lazy fucks did for over-air broadcast networks. Gotta make bank from those Sanka and Sam Goode ads.

4.5/5 only missing elements are: a second layer of context (hard to implement/write for given current format), and depth of field/detail/backgrounds/more ambiance.

OK stewbrew, that's my review, good luck, gob bless and keep cracking at it, thanks for producing good content

ps: I was stuck on magic mtn in FL w/ my folks for 2 1/2 hrs, not too bad tho, we had at least an hour of shade, while the poor fucks in front of us baked. We could smell what protein they ate...... don't let me write for u
