Oh s#!%, where did this come from? Where'd all those details come from? Even the background is a stellar leap forward in detail.
Been admiring your work since you got to NG, and this just reinforces my appreciation for bringing fantasy to life!

The game came out for the Sega CD in the 90's and was indeed a lush RPG. Your attention to proportion and realistic detail do quite nicely here!
If I had to be critical, the garment at the top of her shoulders should be rippled differently, than how the garment lays along her back (especially at the shoulder tip) - it kinda throws off your perception of how she's standing, and how her arm is positioned in comparison to her body :)
I loved the game too. I still play it. Have you played the newst remake on psp?
As a loyal, 11 year member of NG, I'd say this piece exemplifies what this site's all about - a great interpretation of the old chestnut icon. Looks a little messy to the right of the tank, but when has Newgrounds ever been tidy? Good aesthetic all around!
Viva la NEWGROUNDS!
What an interesting piece!
Very crisp and satisfying detail around the center of action. At first I thought the blurring was an attempt to cover flaws, but it merely enhances depth in a way I rarely see anymore! It's a good show of technique and a believable variety of detail where it's needed.
Take the long way home some evening, take a day to clean up your comfort zone... then get back to finishing up or starting anew - ambiguity is glue in the gears.
Looks like an old Disney cell, without a background. Simple, elegant, shapely. I guess the fuzzy lines work for that nostalgia feel and lend itself to the subject as well.... how about a gif of this, with it's tail failing around in a cat-like manner?
It's butt and single, exposed rear foot look great at first glance, but I find myself drawn to it, because I'm supposed to be picky here, sry :3
12 hours of Hell yields something utterly absorbing, detailed and realistically rendered. The subject matter is without reproach. Is that a Bugatti, with the ass-end of a hover-car from Blade Runners?
Bugatti Veyron 2084 Classic Edition with a black pearl finish and an aftermarket front sweeper-bumper kit (ground level garbage is unpredictable).
