Hey, that came out great! The amount and density of detail are perfectly balanced throughout the piece, I like that. He is a handsome bugger, isn't he?

deathink responds:

He sure is!
Thanks a lot V

That's one animated woof, excellent work figuring out the tech to make this possible.

Tough, I'm still having a cup of joe and a fag in the morning... though it would explain why I've been so blah lately. The artwork is spot on, as is its correlation to the study. If anyone ever deserved a job with a major publication (illustrating concepts), it's you.

Perfectly legit to show us hand-made and designed sculptures, plushes and such, and this one really shows a lot of talent! Hope there's extra strong stitching around the base of the tail ;)

krissalus responds:

Thanks very much! I think I'll post some more plush work, mostly custom stuff as it gets finished, since I think that would be the most interesting for people. Thanks for the compliment on Renamon, though! And yes... lots of extra stitching around that tail :P

In the 60's and 70's there was a colored doodle trend going on, and this reminds me a bit of those times. You've been an artist for quite some time now, and that seems to translate well here. It's not as intricate or colorful as I've seen in the past, but it's got presence, and it's well presented.

I saw a glimpse of this in a video, glad you posted it here with a backstory. It really reminds me of the first political cartoons our country produced, all the way to the early 20th century. Really hope this image (with credit due) is used to illustrate the problem in the MSM.

It looks as though foreign powers have enough clout in the US to determine how they get their subsidies. I trust your paper gets a good score, this sort of funding needs to be better handled... but the money chickens have come home to roost :p

zephyo responds:

I look up to political cartoons! Really humorous yet serious. What's MSM? Ha yes, the problem isn't the lack of foreign say tho, it's the lack of foreign lower classes's say - the gov't who don't really know much are doing the talking. And thank you!!

A more loving and inclusive tribute, I have not seen. There must be about 100 NG unique characters and people in this piece. The hallmark of any good creator is attention to detail, and damn man, there are shit-tons of that! Along with that, is how well they're all laid out.. what an incredible feat :O

It's my sincerest hope, that all the people you've represented here, will know about about this, and be in awe of it all.

ScepterDPinoy responds:

Thanks for the comment. I do recognize these people but I really missed Drunkmagikoopa who is my favorite NG user back in the days.

Oh boy, that makes too much sense lol

Let's hope we both age so well! He looks much better without the perm and the spandex suit, that left little to the imagination. From the thumbnail, I knew I had seen this fellow before, just not that long ago!

Wanted to be a simple man of the Earth, enjoying art and literature, the bounty of the Earth. Instead, I have to fend against governments and principalities, global conspiracies and bad social engineering, ree, my autism
