did you know that you can receive capital punishment in the U.S. for transporting exceptionally large portions of narcotics? Also buttsex is punishable by death in several African and Middle-Eastern countries :'(

Yup, I did know that, but it's pretty rare they fry anyone for drugs in the US... mainly because the drug kingpins have money, and seems to buy a lot of law and order around here |:

Are you the real Asterix? x)

Nah, I'm not that old, or have blonde hair, but I am short and prone to punching things that piss me off....

"And so it was once dreamed, then foretold; world and time without end."

Dumb critters only know day and night... so if all humans go extinct, time will have no meaning. Shit.

Is this what you mean? http://www.near-death.com/experiences/cayce11.html

I am all for dem computers, but wont mind having my own Jet.

Whose natural resources? XD, we know how the Americas in general were founded and sustained no need to sugarcoat it. Om that topic, while i do think that the planet is all levels of fuck ups, i also think that things are getting better, in the sense that we have some people that are becoming more self-conscious about what is going on, the next step is to get them into action, maybe in 20 years.

Ah the world is already filled with rainbows, is just light refraction nothing magical about it, however that buttsex is punishable by death in several African and Middle-Eastern countries, is also nothing magical... there's no magic thus i conclude, i am not going to even search for evidence i will just blatantly said it.

I seen a Cessna jet engine pull an oak tree out of the ground. He had a remote box to run it, but it still takes a while for the turbine to slow down... poor tree :(

The last few US presidents have destabilized an already unstable world. Too many ghosts from the past, never resolved, it's inevitable the momentum down, is the trend. Check out the psychology behind Obama's immigration reform. http://www.wnd.com/2014/06/congressmen-obama-using-cloward-piven-maneuver/ BTW, I heard today that 3 FEMA camps near the border are at full capacity.

It's hopeless. But here's a rainbow |: Caught it a few days ago.

Talking about Poland this video just appeared on my Vimeo feed https://vimeo.com/15993346

I had to stop at 1939 to write... Poland's been Europe's doormat for a few hundred years. Sure, early on they got aggressive... it's been a lot of years since I last read about Europe's wars, thank God for books. I've never been there, but my Pop was 100%, 2nd generation Polish.

Tough sonsabitches, smart and can dance a real mean polka.

Poor tree indeed, also i guess there are quite some regulations that would get in the way of jet ownership even if you can afford it.

Man is one of those "Obama is a socialist" articles, do people really hate universal healthcare that much? also he must be the most sloppy socialist ever, those guys sound just like some paranoid and crazy persons, and i wanted to take that article more seriously, but really politicians just try too hard, i had to edit this comment 3 times! because at first i was glad to see some scientific knowledge being used, so i rushed here with some praise... but i actually found it quite rare of such plainly mentally insane subjects to know of social theory, so i went to wikipedia first as is the rule of the lazy, and sure enough politicians seems to been misusing and choppily throwing away the Cloward–Piven strategy to blame changes in the health reforms and other phenomena for quite some years actually, is a perfect example of 3 things, desperation, ignorance, and just shameless defamation and manipulation of information (safe to call it evil), is true though the Cloward–Piven strategy has some problems, and on its realization some hazardous things are implied, but none of that has ever happened, let alone Obama's actions, indeed to this day the authors can't take credit for their strategy to have any role on anything out of academia.

But that goes only as far as healthcare goes, as for immigration they have nothing, just plain old craziness going on for them, the usual stuff, a pity because the article starts as if they are onto something, but then it degenerates into the usual stuff, i mean they already had nothing to start all this, but by the end they had less than nothing just paranoia to worry their citizens.

Rainbows yay!

Yaeah watching that video was practically like watching general European history, technically the same things happened all over that continent. So as a 3rd generation do you still have family over there? or was your dad the only link to those roots?

Nah, the guy local to me was owed some money from military guy, so he 'paid' him with a jet engine, dumped it in his yard and split. Don't ask where he got the aviation fuel..

Healthcare is good, but it's the same shit the congress rejected under clinton, written by missus clinton's big business contacts. As for Obama, he's following Reagan's lead by promising amnesty/citizenship (which backfired), which is a huge swell for his party..... The two party system here is the most fragile system on the planet!! Cloward–Piven has been in action for a while now.

Supposed to have some distant cousins... idk really. WWII killed off a lot of relatives.

Wait just the jet engine? why? what else other than ruining a tree could he use such a piece of equipment for? however, i have to admit, i am kinda jealous, just having a jet engine sounds quite cool!

I really got exited at first when i was reading that article, it is not everyday that i find someone talking with a theory backing their statements, but it took me literally seconds to just find out that they were talking out of their ass, i send more time rewriting my comment and complaining on their deception... whatever the healthcare reform may be it is clear that it is neither part of a socialist agenda, nor part of the Cloward–Piven strategy, which is pretty much the critics that they were making. On immigration is kinda funny that their main concern is that they will lose a hold on the next elections, they said it quite directly that they just wanted to have control of Texas and impede its transformation towards a blue state, is a game for them, they will use whatever propaganda they can to impede their rivals to gain votes, is such a nasty article, but at least on that part they are being honest. That's what i am telling you it has not, they just blame it on that strategy, but it has not be in use, the whole idea of that strategy is to create a crisis to extend welfare coverage and ensure a minimum annual income, thus reducing economic inequality, the idea is to achieve a redistribution of capital, by using a government system that is now reformed thanks to the aforementioned crisis, but as you can see none of that has happened and that healthcare reform is quite far from achieving a closure on inequality as far as economical capital goes, of course you may say that a number of previous crisis were part of a conspiracy to bring the Cloward–Piven strategy to fruition, but how many of those ended with a reform of the welfare system after a reform of the political scene most importantly making both parties to have the same view as far as welfare goes?

That's sad to hear. Ever wanted to go and visit Poland?

the fuck are you doing? go find the end of the rainbow!! youre short enough to bitch about it and claim the gold!!

I tried when I was younger, even after I got my license (driving to find the source).

Ma told me the rainbow was God's promise that he wouldn't flood the world again... apparently that's wrong, God made no such promise, or if he did, all bets are off after the Rapture anyway.

God shut me out without even giving me a chance then didn't listen when I tried to get back in so now I'm just done giving a damn ._.
keep chasing the rainbows. if not gold then there's gotta be something at the end! Find out what it is and don't let go no matter what it is and always remember the key to happiness is low expectations :)

Universal healthcare is a great thing, like universal roads, universal emergency services, universal education, universal libraries, universal water fountains, etc. All these services are socialized, yet when one attaches "universal" with healthcare the right wingers start foaming at the mouth. Problem is the Obama administration (and perhaps several other politicians) couldn't even manage a universal air breathing program without giving some reason for controversy.

Lol, I like this Happy-Little-Trees character...a mixture of humorous but angsty somewhat depressive comments...

Better go find the end of the rainbow...you'll see me there kneeling over, spreading apart my cheeks. I'm just that awesome

It's not controversy, it's a broke system, a money pit that goes straight into the hands of the drug and healthcare hardware makers... and to a lot of ppl sitting on their hands. Also, our president is breaking way too many laws, and that is not alright.

She's been through a lot, but her heart is still strong.

Oooh dat so? Better watch I don't use your crack to park my bicycle, after I reach the elusive rainbow :)

it's an asscrack...not a vagina with a plump outer labia...or was that some kind of clever double ownage dude?

Nah, I use vaginas to hold my sunglasses.... The old joke: A widower at her husbands freshly packed grave, and her mourning friend asks, "Why did you bury him with his ass sticking up out of the ground Agnes?" "Oh, so I can park my bike here when I come to visit! It'll be the first time he's been helpful, that lousy loaf."

Many thanks for the amount of love you shown to many artist here! And we sure gives it back.
Great snap shot!

Thank you my friend!

lol havent heard that 1 b4...why would you put your sunglasses in a vagina?

Because I'd have to bend over further to pick them up off the ground
...durr. The flaws in my wit can be overcome with intelligence and experience sometimes. Sometimes...

I hearby dub you the original groupie of NewGrounds.

More like oldest lol. Check out the NG Wiki history section for the real hardcore fans. What really helped back then, were contests and events at colleges... not official ones, just things an individual did to get NG promoted on campus (and happened to have pictures or submissions to post).

yea...but have any of those fans stuck around here and as long and be as continually active as you have??

Hell ya, Cyberdevil comes to mind, and definitely the staff, folks like Stamper and Luis. Certainly can add Pimp to that list, even though he's only interested in depositing, there must be something that draws him back. It takes all kinds (of people to populate the world), homey.

true...but Cyberdevil hasn't been around as long as you. And since Stamper (who's made 1 post over the past 2 years) and Luis were/are staff they can't be groupies by definition!

Well Tom sure is... hmm... A lot of guys and girls dropped out within the past 5 years, but still have bigger numbers/stats/cheerleading points than myself. Man, a lot of '99er's and 00er's stuck with this place for a good long while.... then grew up, got striaght jobs, got married. It takes a bigger palette to 'crash on to the scene' these days, and there's been no reinvestment of social capital.

The internet is becoming disposable just like AM, FM radio, broadcast TV... cable TV seems to be holding and adjusting to the internet, but a lot of folks don't even bother with TV anymore, except for what they can get online, the plastic educator 2.0 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forbidden_Planet#Plot

numbers in and of themself don't mean much...on the real Pimp the elusive NewGrounder can be damned...no reviews, no submissions, and a handful of BBS posts (mostly in topics about himself), just comes to the site for the sake of depositing. Well he does have a lot of blams and saves but someone who has actual contributed to the site (whether it be submissions or just comments) is more deserving of groupie status...let alone high voting power

Maybe he's going to write a book, sell his account (if it hasn't been already), or maybe he's a bot run by some turd in the DOD (probably transferred to Cyber Command). Point being, there's always gonna be someone better than you in some things.

As Newgrounds' father, what do you think about newcomers? Are they welcome (And I include myself) or long-standing users tend to prefer the good old artists from the past?

I also would like to thank you for being so responsive about my posts since my first submission on NG. I think this is the right place and time for that. :)

Like D-Day said in Animal House, "We need the dudes!" I don't look at sign-up date or post count when dealing with ppl here, it's all about what you say and do that matters.

No problem man, your work shows a lot of effort, and that needs to be recognized and encouraged.

Will I ever get that Parcel? I check the Mailbox everyday.

LOL! You're 'NG's father'. Maybe that makes me 'NG's Crazy Uncle'.

I'm going to take all your stuff and measure it so I can figure out what kind of box I'll need. I'd love to use an envelope like you did, but I'm afraid some stuff might get smooshed.

Shit... I'd say Tom and Wade's father qualifies for that title. Maybe if I was a little younger, my folks would've realized the value of my work, back in the day...

I'm cold, tired, sick and sore. I love my life.

I was gonna ask you about the winter, been so busy chasing deer, woodchuck and raccoon, weeds, water... my cousin should be bringing fertilizer very soon. So far it hasn't been terribly hot lately, but a lot of particulates are around, you can tell because everything's quite green - the particles reflect sunlight up into plants, where they would not normally receive it. Haven't seen it like this since the 70's.

Glad you're satisfied with things, wish I could say the same. Need to clear out a backlog of unfortunate things that need doing, your parcel being one of them :( Just worried about rocking the boat in general. You know it took almost 4 months for my brother to get a videotape? I suspect it took that long, because the tape was recorded in Digital8 (they couldn't read it on a standard deck, so it sat aside until they could buy the right deck), a flash in the pan Sony creation which I highly regret buying (that and the Sega 32X)
