I had a real vivid dream about just that (the Matrix), a very long time ago.... I imagined a white pod, where you sit in a chair, that basically wipes your ass and provides food, air and water, all while hooked into a audio/visual/sensory (yeah, even the dillsnick) apparatus...
Hoses, tubes, wrap around bands. Looked terrible without the thing running whatever I wanted to experience. I did manage to get out of it for a while, but reality was so bad, I just crawled right back into the plastic contraption..... is this where I'm at right now?
I remember having the internet experience in our current, normal way and then being introduced to this Matrix pod thing. This I dreamed sometime in the early 80's, when I was about 12 y/o
