Stats just go up based on blah blah blizzard equation blah preset blah level blah and you get skills as you level up-- passives and actives, each active has 5 runes? 4 runes? Dunno. The runes add effects to your active skills l: And you only have 5 spaces or so assigned to your action bar, 2 for left/right mouse clicks n the rest for 'yer keyboard numbers :l
