Yeah, slow and steady used to work well for me.... when I had work. Even shooting video during the week was enough, though the shoulders and spin in the middle (and just below that) would get Really tensed up if I had to shoot freestyle w/ out a tripod or balance device for very long.... cluster fuck press conferences were the absolute worst for that.
But consistency over a long period of time helps, and a lasering of extraneous disk globules might too. Maybe next month they'll do that.
