Why feel bad bro? What do kids know about the world? A better question might be, why are we teaching little kids about mass killings?
I like how there's a lot of head space and awkward angles in the scenes; First graders are small aren't they? And so expressive! Backgrounds were simple and pleasing. Action and text kinda moved fast, but that's the easiest way to get the subject told and done with; let the viewer understand, while looking at the office door. Another good show, young man! Was this you in First grade?

SwedishPlumTrees responds:

True. I will take your advice and slow down the text next time. Thanks. Also, yes, it's a true story. I felt bad when I realized what I'd done after my parents explained it to me. But now I laugh about it, because I was so naive.

It didn't suck. The action before the ending, flowed really well (almost too fast, maybe a background would help)! The sound effects were mastered a bit high and sounds crunched a bit, but they seemed very well synched.

Cute little bit. Usually it's pronounced AzBurJers. Good audio and clean lines.

Thanks!
I have been doing shorts in order to improve within each one. Eventually I'll make longer cartoons.

Wow, this might actually make Luis a tea-teetotaler.

If ancient cultures like the Sumerian or Roman empires could animate as we do.... yeah.
Should have an A rating, but is definitely a valid piece of art. Poorly made, old? Quit bolsheviking us; this animation is a great example of your work... you weren't afraid to lead us on a journey. I half believe this could be an ancient folk tale of some kind!

Really nice FBF animation! Subtle humor (I saw that dick clould), and a nice flow of action make this a good find. It's diligent work - keep it up!

Camera angles and the action were outstanding, really draws you in, as did the story. The stick dudes kinda dampened things going in, but the fluidity of the action really made up for it. The heavy music over the barely heard intro dialog early on sucked :( This movie was a nice surprise. You definitely made me a fan!

Respect for the frame-rate and fluid action (<= that's not a gay pun, thx)

Considering how many crazy years Forkheadz has been sticking to the underbelly of the interwebs, not surprised to see new members. Hope they have a great whatever-it-is-they-celebrate!

One thing I like: Both sides of an issue. Americans love to be spoon fed everything! Your work at least shows a knack for exposition without seeming preachy or 'spoon fed'. I doubt many news consumers of Drudge, Politico or the BBC are also NG viewers. As such the political humor and sarcasm might be lost on a younger non-UK audience, but that doesn't take away the shiny animation :3 Does Cockvane have a US subsidiary? We pretty much eat anything.

cockvane responds:

Well it was nice to wake up this morning to some kind reviews! thanks everybody for your kind comments and for taking it in context. Blacktoothsabre recognised that there was a bit of repetition yet didn't mark too harshly probably because (s)he recognises that when given just 2 months some corners have to be cut a little. Also good to see that most people do get the story.
