Congrats on getting the Daily 4th! It's a good story, well scripted and voiced... animation isn't all that crash hot, but it does the trick! Decent frame rate when it counts, that's all that matters :)

It's short, but so oh-so detailed and expressive! It's a moment in time.. in a dream state, probably only a few seconds. How may frames was this? Maybe an animator could advise you about frame-rate, tweening and stuff like that, but I think it's wonderful, and unexpected!
I hope you get some constructive feedback, but really, this was over and above what I thought you were capable of!
thanks!! frames hmm 700-1000 something like that?
lol we all have unlimited untapped potential u know
While it's nicely done, it's not permitted in the Portal. Technically, this is a slide-show, not an animation, and seems to contain images you didn't create. If you could draw a character in a few different poses (borrow and credit a background if you like), with a few different mouth shapes, and tell a story, that'd be fine!
We're interested in creative things by creative people, I hope you'll try again!
A bit too academic and introspective for my tastes, though I am glad I figured out how to be myself in a social environment before I left high school (and this from and introvert/slightly autistic) person.
Well presented, paced and thought over. Ugh, reminds me of my youth I still don't like ppl my age btw.
Fucking awesome. From the start, the soft lighting looked quite inspired. Instant poster material, though I prefer the maskless one. The masked version looks way cooler up close (tighter composition), adds to the cramped, stifling conditions of close quarters combat, intimidation factor... yup, thuss a good un
That's a nice run cycle, but not really worthy of the Portal. I should rate it below 2 stars and vote... even lower, but as this is your first submission, well, I'm not that cruel, and quite respectful of ppl who can use Flash and use a mouse to good artistic effect.
Something like this can be uploaded to the Dumping Grounds, where you can test it out and/or post a link to it on your userpage, so others can take a gander. If you need any help, inspiration or advice, look around the different sections of the Forums/BBS.
It's alright if it doesn't make it, I'm just happy to have feedback. I make so many creative projects no one would appreciate or know how to criticize honestly and constructively. I was on NG for a time back when even YouTube was a new thing, and Macromedia owned Flash. Thanks for the feedback.
I liked the plot, ray gun looked quite rad, but... did he hit the butterfly, or did the shot pass through the Hoover Dam, Donald Trump's scalp and/or gaggle of middle management Scientologists?
Good to hear you're getting paid to animate a thing man, stay happy and well fed! Nice little thing to submit, thx.
That's nice Pyrex measuring cup, is it old?
I don't know. Maybe it's ten years or so?
Wow, you keep an immaculate bathroom! Really liked zooming on in the deets (Flash is kinda like the internet's 8-Track player, old but robust) Certainly wasn't expecting this popping up in my feed O_o Very lovely work, as always. Never let it be said, that 'nae ever used lame fonts :3
Yeah, I tend to add too much detail to the small things ...but I'm glad you enjoyed them. I'm also a long-time font hoarder! It's a sickness! ;)
Thanks for the review!!
Hope you had a Happy Clock Day! :D
Very simple, but colorful, clear sounding (your voice sounded best) and captivating enough to watch till the end... whoa, where did that 1 1/2 minutes of black after the credits come from? Weird, but I didn't let it impact your score... hard drive space is so cheap these days anyway ;)
Oh thanks for mentioning it! I used Swivel to convert the .swf file & chose the manual start/stop record option.. I'll see if I can update the file without losing quality by rendering it again (trimmed). Glad the audio retained it's clear quality - thanks for watching / commenting!
