It was brief, but hellacreepy in ways I hadn't considered. Just another reason to stay away from YT, and hang out here on NG with the rest of the mainstream malcontents. Bonus kudos to Blordo, perfect job!

Okay, after some digging, I see that you and a few other Deviant Art folks have gone off the deep end together (OCT: obsessive/compulsive tagging/thread, yeah?) with this project, and that's fine.

Pretty fast paced... thing. It's kinda like an Olympus of the internet memes, all vying for control in their own ways. You should nag the other artists to submit their Choosan Juan vids here... maybe if they were all tagged the same, or in the same collection, it would make more sense. Or not. I still liked it. Your skills didn't go to waste here.

Damn man, I like the way you animate action! Music and audio's a bit lacking, but overall, a super effort :)

Ever get that song? Doesn't matter, the one you re-made is brilliant. I just binge-watched a bunch of your toons, and this one stands out as a romp of epic proportions.. plus no tedious lip-syncing.

You put your donuts in the fridge? Odd, that's a kick I haven't tried yet.

Yeah, in retrospect, this was likely the best entry for the contest. Other authors made flashier, more colorful things, but yours kept it simple/concise and compelling. VA and animation were skilfully done, and well paced.

[Fantastic Plastic]

I thought all aspects of this animation were done just right. There was enough sub-text in the characters actions, to make sense of it all, in a concise and entertaining manner.

The 'pigification' of the singer was kinda startling, but as the story went on, I just kind of accepted it. Any good story must have some unanswered questions... like how did a digested dog, shrink/mutate a human, to dog-size? I'm thinking it's more a question of ego (stature, height) than of magic, though a backstory about (for example) how the dog escaped from a Mexican bio-research facility... would've actually been a decent hook, had the first lady stopped to pick up the dog in the middle of the road!

The frame rate and animation is movie quality good. The plot might be a bit mature for younger viewers, but I'm very thoroughly impressed with this. You two did a superb job, thanks!

It's funny that I've followed your work, ever since the Art Portal began here... and now I'm seeing work you did, well before that :O You have my respect for completing a major project by yourself, and having impressive results!
