For those of you new to this site, welcome! I guess the YooToob thing is paying off for both sets of parties. It probably would've happened sooner, but Tom Fulp, our Lord and High-Master, has been careful to grow NG. There were plenty of content sites in the mid/late-Nineties that were so hell-bent-for-profit, that they just folded or went pay-to-play.
