Well that's when tragedy happens, but i hope that this is not your case.
You know this message was originally way, way longer, and i actually talked about what to do in a situation when a person is truly alone (which doesn't involves strangers miraculously coming to help you out of the kindness of their hearts, which can happen i am not saying it cannot... but that is for the realms of luck, and telling someone to get lucky is no real advice XD). But trying to maintain an spirit that is totally foreign to me, i deleted it, and i will maintain this believe that hopefully this is not your case.
