I'm gonna be listening to music. I just downloaded stuff by: The Obsessed, Ogre, Camel, and Moss.
Moss' first album was produced by Jus Oborn (singer for Electric Wizard), Camel is a 70s Prog. Rock band, Ogre is a Doom Metal band that incorporates a lot of musical style from 70s Hard Rock/Heavy Metal, and The Obsessed are considered one of the best Doom Metal bands from the 90s their lead singer Scott Weinrich (his stage name is "Wino") was at one time the singer for Saint Vitus who were one of the first Doom Metal bands ever. He was also in Spirit Caravan and 2 "Super Groups" called Shrinebuilder with members of the bands Sleep, Neurosis, and Melvins. And Probot which is a metal band that Dave Grohl (of Nirvana and Foo Fighters) made with a bunch of his favorite metal vocalists/musicians.

That copy of High Voltage is in actually really good condition for being 37 years old.

Nah, luckily not. Just Van Rothiness... if at all O_o I do have all of Van Halen's early stuff on cassette tape, like much of my teen collection. I didn't get into albums till after HS.. My first real record buy was the two disc of And Justice For All, which was on 2 records, just to keep the sound accurate :)... then the hot score down at the outdoor weekend auction 5 miles away from me...
The only Van Halen I have is two copies of Van Halen I (cassette and vinyl) and a cd of A Different Kind Of Truth. I can't remember what the first record I bought was....but I know one of the first ones I had was The Game by Queen.
Also I'm still trying to find more stuff by Glenn Miller. Before I got well over a couple hundred 78s I only had one that was printed during his lifetime. And my stupid brother broke it....

Also they had a thing on Ultimate-Guitar about it and I said Slayer should finish up the tour they're doing, finish the album they were working on, and then when all that stuff is done call it quits as a band. I mean in a way it would be the right thing to do since Jeff was a big part of what made Slayer Slayer.
