If I felt something was okay I give it a 3. If I felt it could have been better I give it a 2.
If I thought something was just lazily put together with no effort it gets a 1. If I thought it was just all around crap and doesn't deserve to pass it gets a 0. Nothing tends to wow me enough to justify it getting a 4 or higher lately.

But I vote on so much stuff there tends to be stuff still in UJ I already voted on when I wake up in the morning. Then I go through and vote on the stuff that was submitted while I was asleep.
Also I got almost 100 points in just a day! o: thats insanity. I wonder how many I can get by the end of the month xD
