I still have the car I got my driving license with... a fucking ugly and old Opel Zafira, the ellegance class from the 90s (if I still remember well... the little badge fell off long time ago). And well, as I can go to work by foot it's not a big deal, and it has a lot of space for me and my girlfriend/family/friends... but came on, it's to old and ugly!!
Chevy imported those things here under their own badge. Yeah, they ugly, but not nearly as bad as the newer ones. A lot EU car makers never made it back here (States) since all the Lancias rusted sometime back in the 70's.
Manual or automatic? Diesel or petrol? Looking at the specs, can only imagine the chassis is very light. Must've had some close calls when the thing was filled up, braking and all... (maybe not, being a mini-van of sorts)
My first car was the '80 Ford Fiesta /\. Once I had it crammed with 4 kids and myself. Came to a red light rather quickly, brakes wouldn't lock up. Foot to the floor, I managed to dart right, into a new parking lot filled with at least a foot of blue stone, the perfect emergency brake lane. Kids were pissed, brake fluid boiled, but afterwards they thanked me for the quick thinking.

Kids used to make 'skateboards' out of a 2x6, their sister's roller skates and a food crate (for handles and storage)..
I'm sure there's at least one video of a drivable cardboard box. You can stick a gas engine on damn near anything, including those little 25 cent rides out front of the food stores.

TONS of fog here, refracting the wifi quite badly now that it's dark out.... had to mod the reflector (more wrinkles in it) tough to use keyboard and keep signal....

Eh, a lot of simple tractors here, learned fast.
Had to rewire the starter to the Honda... could NOT find the fusible link (if there was one)
Installed an only-on-when-depressed button under the dash, wired to the starter motor... had to switch the ignition on to use it (of course) - befuddled many a human who used it (2 friends and my old man).
I'm okay with the song. Then again I think The Offspring are a hell of a lot better than Green Day or Blink 182. Even though every song by all 3 bands sound the same....

Non-supporters (like myself) can see it because they have those big ads on the front page and they thought it looked weird with part of the artwork being there at the top and the rest being cut out. So we get that.
Yeah! Saw that when I logged on (usually bring up the page, clear cache, then log on - keeps the ad trackers at bay)
Aside from the ads, there shouldn't be any kind of preferential treatment to supporters, and Tom's leaning that way. Besides. I thought hey were gonna rotate all the BG's... just like the stuff on the 'featured content' on the bottom of the pages... the Users thing is automatic, but everything else has to be manually updated.
