did you read the thing that said her and cake went underground and the hat she wears IS cake because she died? so if that were the case then that would mean she got rid of her old hat and that would explain why it was on that skull because someone else put it on and the lub glubs killed em and what not.

but wouldn't that also mean there has been more than one mushroom war? because the stuff with the ice queen happened after the mushroom war and then that would mean there was enough time for humans to repopulate the earth to the extent they were beforehand. then Simon got the crown in Scandinavia because that section of europe was and is at the current time the ice kingdom and when he got the crown with the ice queens memories implanted in it then they took over his mind turning him into what he is now?
