Wonder into a wrong part of Baltimore and you get shot/mugged by some guy about to make a drug deal infront of a school where several more people will get shot, THEN the cops come in and tase some random civillian to death-- Heroin needles on the streets, Arson um die Ecke, and blatant murder, for all.
If you think that's peaceful, I invite you to walk around northern Baltimore for a few hours, any time of day.
Yeeeeeeeeeah. The violence starts in broken homes, which stems from ghetto chicks popping out infants to get checks from the government, in my honest opinion.
