i added all the extra effects on a thing i have on my computer
i just recorded it clean then added a bunch of echo stuff and delay and a phaser and ended up with that

Now you just needa make a track with the frequency tweaked by 30Hz, and have that track play in one ear, while the original track plays in the other ear :l
