but in all seriousness if you read the original manga or FMA you've got a pretty good idea as to what Brotherhood is about and what happens as its pretty much the exact same thing. but Brotherhood can move ._.

FMA is A LOT different than the manga
so if you want to know what happens in that you HAVE TO watch it because the manga doesn't help out at all...

dont know what else to say. that thing isn't what i originally typed but since what i wrote was mostly differences between FMA and Brotherhood i can't tell you that because it gives A LOOOOOOOOOT away as to what happens and all that stuff ._.

i dont wanna know the differences i just wanna know what happened from the first brotherhood episode to the current one. even if you give me a lot of the spoilers in brotherhood im more than likely to forget them because i still havent gone past episode 4 of the original FMA and i plan on finishing FMA manga first before i watch the FMA anime to see the difference between it ._.

well some dude attacked central and was going to kill Bradley but ed stopped him
they added a few extra characters that weren't in FMA. they are people from another country who are trying to find the Philosophers Stone so they can rule the country and be a better ruler for them and all that. one of them loses her arm and the other becomes the new Greed
(hes the main person looking for the stone and befriends ed after they get swallowed by Gluttony)
Bradley's son is Pride in Brotherhood and Bradley is Wrath. in the end of Brotherhood Ed gets his arm back but not his leg and Al gets his body back and Ed loses the ability to use alchemy. Mustang goes blind but is cured with the philosophers stone. Scar doesn't die at the end of Brotherhood. all of the Homunculi die. and stuff happens
i dont think i have enough space in here to go into extreme detail as to what happens in like 64 episodes.

ah...fuck thats a lot ._.
lets see if i can remember it all...without accidentally going past that...

well an alchemist who uses ice attacks central trying to destroy it and kill Bradley because he knew what Bradley was (a homunculus) by activating numerous transmutation circles surrounding the city. but they all get destroyed by Mustang and Armstrong. after that he gets killed by Bradley but he credits Mustang, Ed, and Al.

afterwards they leave on a train to go to Liore where they reminisce about their childhood and it goes into detail about their past and everything that happened up to them ed losing his leg and al losing his body then ed sacrificing his arm to bind al's soul to the suit of armor and everything that happened with that stuff. Ed takes the exam and becomes a state alchemist

Ed and Al arrive at Liore and find Father Cornello who got a fake Philosophers Stone from the Homunculi and performs "miracles" and makes people believe he can bring the dead back to life. he and Ed battle and the stone goes crazy and mutates his arm after they trick him into revealing he was lying to everyone. Lust and Gluttony meet up with Cornello and Gluttony proceeds to kill him.

the two meet up with Tucker who was known for making a Chimera that could talk. and they also find out about Scar who was going around killing state alchemists because he was from Ishval and they were involved in the Ishvalan War which killed all but a few Ishvalans. Scar ends up killing Tucker and a Chimera that he made out of his daughter and his dog.

Hawkeye tells Ed and Al that the chimera was tucker's daughter and that scar killed her. Lust and Gluttony stay in Liore and Envy arrives taking the form of Cornello and causes a religious rebellion. Ed and Al are attacked by Scar. Ed's arm gets destroyed and Al's body gets damaged. Armstrong comes to battle Scar but he escapes.

Armstrong takes Ed and Al to Resembool to meet Marcoh. Armstrong tells them that Marcoh was a doctor during the war but disappeared. they find Marcoh and its revealed that he was working on making a Philosophers Stone and made an incomplete one. he gives them a clue as to where they can find his research and set off to meet Winry so Ed can get a new arm and he fixes Al's body.

and thats only up until somewhere around episode 6
Armstrong's sister is at like episode episode 30 something.
