The last post was about my old camera, which had taken tons of photoworthy video over 4 years. Sadly I don't have the gear (yet) to export the Hi8 video into a digital format, where I could just snag still images. So I'll post some other eye candy here, just to keep things lively.

The Amish (as well as other groups) believe if a picture is taken of themselves, they are diminished, a part of their soul has been captured and imprisoned on Earth... or so I've been told. Sure would explain why so many celebs and politicians have such a hard time keeping their center... anyway, no pics of me :(

Rest in peace little girl 2012-2014

Within a half hour after getting it home, I wiped out on a dirt turn :( Gears are different than the MR-50 I had... 30 years ago. More likely, I was stupid. Ow. Bent the foot brake, broke the headlight mounts, right mirror shattered... maybe I'll take the 3 day MC training course, next year. Guess the next picture after this will be the bruises, once they start to show. Feels like I cracked a rib or two laying the bike over. "Silly hipster, Trix are for kids!"

SKUNK!! I chased it out into the garden for fun... Every so often, a skunk will treat itself to cat food, and I chase them away. You can yell at them all you want, and they won't spray you.... @metroidgirl loves these things!

I'm just wondering if it hopped away from a little girl in one of my neighboring McMansions (or out of an imported mixed salad), or if it's indigenous to the NE. It's been a damn long while since it's been perpetually damp enough to support these things.

I'm sure a few Japanese animators would disagree, but I don't.

Not bad, been lazy enough lately so my back doesn't hurt. Just getting ready to suffer the noise at a place I covered 2 posts back, The Tilted Kilt. Really need to find a lady friend for some mutual.. stress mitigation, yip-yip! The bummer is, all the servers are way younger than me, but it's good flirting practice I guess...?

Yup, over 18 is legal. Though I found out recently, I'm technically a 'silverback', kinda like a 'cougar' only slightly more apocryphal :\

What really sucks, are women/girls, who don't know what it takes to get them off, and yeah, it does involve a lot of screaming and small amounts of pee coming out.... no need to elaborate more on a 'family' website.

A skunk is not really that weird, there are people with monkeys, vipers, mountain cats, and all kind of pets from bears to elephants, a skunk just sounds like dog level by comparison, in the end humans will find a way.
Not like i support the ownership of exotic animals or anything close to it, even some legal pets ownership are already borderline unethical, but i am just saying that it happens and in scale a skunk seems like a normal pet choice @MetroidGirl , plus i guess they are cute.

Boring picture huh? My brother in California's been feeding a fox an egg a day for years. Outside of that, I'm not into humoring feral animals or people, too risky.

Seems like every month you hear about some cat/dog/critter person hoarding animals, very sad stuff. Eh, skunks are very affectionate critters, sometimes I feel bad chasing them away.

Helps me sleep better
I went out to stir the lime at the bottom of a rain barrel, and saw that frog thing on the top of the pipe.
Yeah, too bad about the backlighting, I was trying to get him socialized (or food) but he was a drawing machine, so I let him be.

He was very polite and articulate, just bombed and into drawing. Of course later he got frisky... if my sister wasn't home at the time, I could've stayed long enough to be ignored by both of them

There's no white bunnies around these parts, or cats with large racing stripes on their backs...
I might live on a farm, but I've got a dozen cats outside, and an old one in the house I'd love to put outside.. but she doesn't like cats. So, I'm a hoarder, thanks Pop... he didn't want me to get rid of them when he was in the hospital.

I actually prefer it being too warm. I can actually sleep better during that. And the news that this winter is going to be worse than the last isn't helping me be able to sleep.

He seems like a pretty cool dude. Especially going off the convos he had with everyone after almost everyone left and he was alone on the webcam.

Oh man, I can't live with a cat in the house (or on the same floor). The inside cat sometimes wails because I don't wanna pet it... the outside cats are the ones who need petting, as their lives are shorter and at risk... and they're more cat like.

I read a report saying animals were getting smarter, I believe it! Ready weird, these cats watch and copy what I do O__O

She'll be back. I wanna finish the dishes.

We're actually in the process of getting an outside cat to come inside. Shes been living in our yard and sleeping on the porch for a few months. We want to get her inside before it gets too bad outside so she doesn't freeze to death during the winter. But the cats we have inside don't like her too much. Elsie is a lazy piece of crap and yet she was hissing like crazy the moment she saw her in the house. Patches attacks the window any time shes sitting by it. And Whiskers is more or less indifferent but got all riled up when she heard Elsie freaking out.

Maybe they're planning on replacing you o_o watch out. You may wake up one morning to a cat holding a knife over you or something.

Hmm, the outside cat might when it gets cold enough... just put something plushy like an outdoor seat cushion near the door (maybe get it used to a box with a hole in it) Housecats suck, they cat all other cats, might be good for them to have another hairball inthe house.

Thank Gob they can't reach and turn the top door handle. They're almost able to open the screendoor

Well this isn't the first time something like this happened. We had a cat that used to come around the house that we called "Mustache" because her fur was colored to make her look like she had a tiger striped mustache. But she never came in.... She doesn't seem too fond of stuff like that. We've had stuff out there for her to sleep on but she never did. Though she eats out of this food dish my sister put out there for her.

Yeah that is a good thing....

thats literally all my cats .-. I pick em from the streets and get em checked out then bring em home to care for or the multiple ones i already have go out and bring other cats and I feed em and if they wanna leave they can

I wouldn't know how to use a bow and arrow in such close corners... maybe I should carry around a bucket of ice water... Got very very very pissed off this morning at the deer in my garden. Used a BB gun and drove most of them out except for 2, who stayed out of range, set off a firecracker... had to put my shoes on and chase them out

Thanks! Was worried the flash killed all the saturation, but a little tweaking... good thing I got plenty of booze and weed, otherwise I might've been tempted to lick it (or kill it, skin it, dry out the skin and smoke it).

Now if I can just find a nice woman to pose......
